ABOUT US

Awake the Nations is an international Christian ministry founded by evangelist Kaisa Fischer (formerly Koistinen). The purpose and vision of our ministry is to spiritually awaken people all over the world by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and reaching out to the lost by different means wherever we are. Awake the Nations also has a call to equip the body of Christ worldwide by training and teaching. We also have a great passion to minister to the poor and needy in the darkest places of the earth and serve them practically through various ministries of helps.

Kaisa is an evangelist and a teacher whose ministry is also known for its strong prophetic edge. Preaching the gospel, sharing the love of God with the lost and broken, helping the poor and needy, living out normal Christianity by being naturally supernatural, and cultivating “kingdom culture” wherever she goes are the elements that strongly mark her person and ministry. She is ordained by Christ for All Nations as a Minister of the Gospel and holds a doctoral degree in theology.

She is associated with several well-known international ministries having worked with them, and is endorsed and recognized by their leaders. Her ministry is based in Frankfurt, Germany where she also makes her home.

VISION

Awake the Nations is a ministry with one sole purpose – to bring the Kingdom of God on earth through the love of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit. Let heaven invade the earth through our lives and ministry. Let His Kingdom come, let His will be done, let His love conquer the evil and redeem the lost, heal the broken hearted and set the captives free. Let the name of Jesus be lifted up and glorified. Let the whole world know that Jesus Christ is Lord and the only way to salvation. This is our heart beat, passion, cry, calling and the driving force behind all we do.

We believe this can be done only by the help of the Holy Spirit and personal revelation of who our God is and who we are in Him. We are His sons and daughters and ambassadors of His love and power. “Christ in us, the hope of Glory” (Col. 1:27) is what empowers us to do what we do. We desire to see nations awakened to His knowledge. We long for people to be saved and set free. We want to see destinies of nations as well as individual lives changed and released into their callings. We believe in a global awakening and a great revival. “For the whole creation eagerly awaits for the revealing of the sons of God” (Rom. 8:19). We are here to be part of all that – for such a time as this!

Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession. Ps. 2:8

REACHING OUT

Slider Reaching out

For us, reaching out means sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and preaching the gospel in different nations around the world.  Reaching out takes many different forms from stopping for the one in front of us to large evangelistic crusades. We have a passion for the lost and live out a life style of evangelism by going into every man’s and every woman’s world and sharing the message of God’s love, forgiveness, grace and salvation wherever we are. This is the heart beat of our ministry.

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”   Rom. 10:13-15

CHANGING DESTINIES

Slider Changing Destinies

For us, changing destinies means touching the lives of the poor and needy, orphan and widow, drug addict and prostitute whether in the mega cities of the modern Western world or far out in the most backward and poorest areas of this earth. We touch lives with the love of God in a way that has lasting impact and turns their broken destinies around for God’s glory. Love looks like something, and that’s why we serve these precious people through various different ministries of helps.

“I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’… ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these, you did it to Me.’”   Matt. 25:35,40

IMPACTING LIVES

Slider Impacting Lives

For us, impacting lives means doing what Jesus told us to do when He gave His followers the Great Commission: He told us to make disciples and not just converts. This for us means teaching and training believers and helping them grow into full maturity in Christ, teaching them to become committed and passionate followers and witnesses of Jesus. May it be on individual level through personal mentoring or on corporate level through conferences and events, we want to fulfill the mandate God has given us to impact lives through teaching and preaching of His Word.

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”   Matt. 28:18-20

A PROPHETIC INSTRUMENTAL CD: “RESTORATION”

Kaisa Fischer (formerly Koistinen) (violin) and Sammy Kim (piano) have recorded together a prophetic instrumental CD. They interpret several different Bible passages dealing with restoration. The CD has 10 tracks and each track is based on one or more Bible passages. In the booklet that accompanies the CD, are short inputs that will encourage you and build up your faith. This is a charity project, and the profits of the first 1.000 copies will go towards a children’s home project in West-Papua, Indonesia.
