By the grace of God, year 2023 has started off very well for us. In January, I joined three of my Bootcamp evangelist friends for ministry in Kenya. We went to one of the most remote parts of the country in order to bring the Gospel to an unreached tribe called Samburu. The time among these precious people was powerful! Even though this nomadic tribe lives quite spread out in the area, we were able to minister to them very effectively. In just one week, we spoke to over 22.000 people, saw around 9.500 salvations and witnessed over 200 verified healing miracles. We drove into their villages, gathered the people together under a tree or open heaven and did these type of community outreaches. We also held numerous kids and youth crusades every day, and at the end of the outreach we conducted a four-day Gospel Crusade in the town of Maralal, which is the center of the Samburu tribe. The attendance at the Gospel Crusade exceeded all the expectations of the local organizers, and the pastors greatly rejoiced as new believers attended their Sunday services after the crusade.

My highlight was a healing miracle that took place during the last Crusade night. It was my turn to pray for the sick and as we were having the testimony time, suddenly a small girl of about 3 years of age started running on the stage and people were shouting and rejoicing. I asked the interpreter to tell me what’s going on. He told me that this girl had been crippled ever since birth but that night Jesus touched her and she began to walk for the first time in her life! All the people were cheering and celebrating Jesus as they heard this wonderful testimony. People who knew the girl, testified that the story was true.
We also saw many other wonderful healing miracles and heard testimonies of people being delivered from evil spirits and lives having been completely changed.
Sometimes we have the privilege to minister to masses and sometimes the honor to lead individuals to the Lord. On my way to Kenya, I sat next to a young man who was heading back home to Kenya from the soccer world cup where he had been working. Turned out that he was a backslider, running away from God. In that plane, I had the great joy to pray the prayer of salvation with this man and also connect him to the local church in Nairobi. Right after that, we went to buy local sim cards in a mall in Nairobi and had the privilege of leading two sales clerks in that store to Jesus.
Thank you for having prayed for the outreach and invested into it financially! Your prayers were answered and through your financial support you enabled us to go and make an eternal difference for all these precious people.

In May, I will be heading to Ethiopia for a week. Last year, two evangelist friends and myself conducted a Gospel Crusade among an unreached tribe called Desenech. This May, I will return to the region with my dear evangelist friend, Marita, and we will do a Gospel Crusade among another unreached tribe called the Hamar. Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare for this missions outreach. In case you are able to partner with us also financially, I would be very grateful for that. To cover the cost of this outreach, we still need 4.000€. Most of these people have never heard the name of Jesus and how to get saved! By partnering together with us, you will have a share in the harvest of souls among this tribe that has had very little to no Christian witness among them.

In June I will be going to Indonesia where I’ll preach at a Gospel Crusade that I’ve been planning with two evangelist friends since 2021. This will be a very big event and we’re expecting to reach tens of thousands of people with the Gospel through this 4-day event. The area is predominantly Moslem so we need a lot of prayer! Due to the size of this initiative, it will also cost us a lot. Each evangelist needs to raise 10.000€, and so I’m asking you to please prayerfully consider whether you could invest into this initiative and together with us win thousands of souls for Jesus in the nation with the world’s largest Moslem population!

Something wonderful has also happened in my personal life recently and I would like to share the news with all of you and give thanks to the Lord for the great things He has done. Last year, I got to know a wonderful man of God and soon we felt that the Lord has brought our lives together. Herbert is the Director of Christ for all Nations for Continental Europe and has been serving full time at CfaN for the last 37 years. We share the same vision, passion for the lost as well as many other common interests and have decided to spend our lives serving Jesus together with all we have. This just feels so right and therefore we decided to get engaged on February 19th. Wedding bells will be ringing still this summer…

I thank you so much for standing with us and partnering together with us in the harvest fields around the world! Together we are a strong team. Together we will bring in the great harvest of souls. And together we will share in the rewards one day! Let’s keep on plowing and reaping as long as we live. There is no better task, purpose or a calling than to keep doing the will of God.  With the encouraging words of Paul, I close this letter and send you my warmest greetings with many blessings.
“Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be firm, steadfast, always fully devoted to the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” 1. Cor. 15:58

Blessings,

Kaisa
